To keep up to date and to provide the best service possible, Doug recently attended the the SRAM Technical University in Colorado Springs , Colorado USA. OnlySports is list on the SRAM web site as a factory trained dealer.
The SRAM Technical University , or STU, is a suspension and drivetrain training course offered only to specialty bicycle dealers and service centers. STU covers all aspects of suspension theory and maintenance, as well as theory, setup, and features unique to SRAM drivetrain components.
Joe McNichol the newest addition to the shop brings years of experience as well as being a recent graduate of the Winterborne Bicycle Institute Pro Mechanics Course.

Please note that a $10.00 cleaning charge will be apply if the bike comes in covered in mud or other organic matter.
Basic Tune up - $29.99
During the basic tune we will adjust your gears and your brakes. We will lubricate your chain and we will inflate your tires. As well we will provide a thorough safety check of your bike which includes tightening your headset.
This tune up does not include installation of new parts. If you need new parts installed we would suggest the Full Tune up which does include the labour cost of installing new parts.
Full Tune up - $49.99
During the full tune we will adjust your gears and your brakes. We will tighten your headset and your hub cones. One of the biggest differences is that we will remove the wheels from the bike, true the wheels, lightly clean the drive train and bicycle and thoroughly inspect the frame for wear and tear. This tune-up also includes a thorough safety check of your bike, inflation of the tires and lubrication of the chain.
This tune up includes installation of new parts.
Tune & Degrease - $79.99
Tune & Degrease During the full tune and degrease we will remove all the major drive train components (Crankset, rear derailleur, chain, cassette/freewheel) and degrease them. To explain, that means we will remove all the residue and dirt that is built up on your drivetrain and get it running smoothly again. Once we have cleaned the drivetrain and wheels we will adjust your gears and your brakes. We will tighten your headset and your hub cones. This tune-up also includes a thorough safety check of your bike, inflation of the tires and lubrication of the chain.
This tune up includes installation of new parts.
Total Overhaul - $159.99
The total overhaul is designed to get your bike back to how it was when you bought it. It involves the removal of the majority of components from your frame and a thorough cleaning of the frame. The drive train will then have a full degrease (see Tune & Degrease for a full explanation) and all accessible bearing systems will be cleaned and repacked. The bike will then be put back together and it will undergo a Full Tune-up.
This tune up includes installation of new parts.
