This is a 10 week course with the goal to cycle 20 KM in 1-1.5 hr comfortably. This is a great course for those looking to do their first charity ride or looking to loose some weight and/or improve their cardio-vascular health.
Course runs May 2, 2012 to July 5th 2012 - Minimum of 6 participants required.
Ride days are Tuesday and Thursday evening.
